Get clear on the role
We talk through the work, tools, schedule, experience level and what you really need this person to own.
Hire talent
We find, screen and interview remote professionals across Latin America, then introduce you to the best two or three. You decide who joins your team.

What we take care of
You should not have to become a full time recruiter just because your business needs an admin. We handle the search and the early screening so you can focus on the people who made it through.
We talk through the work, tools, schedule, experience level and what you really need this person to own.
We source across our recruiting channels with a focus on remote talent throughout Latin America.
We review experience, communication, English, tools and role specific skills before sending someone your way.
We speak with candidates directly so the first conversation on your calendar is not their first conversation with anyone.
References, background screening, software checks and practical assessments are used when they make sense for the role.
Usually two or three strong candidates. You get options without getting another inbox to sort through.
Direct hire means direct
Once you choose the candidate, you hire them directly. You handle payroll, management and the employment relationship. We are the recruiter who got you there.
